Shipping & Returns

most of the merchandise on Daddy Zero has FREE shipping. some things are listed as PICK UP ONLY, but may be shipped for additional shipping charges. shipping to hawaii and alaska are included in the FREE shipping.

If you live outside the country, shipping charges will be added to your order total. international orders may only be paid for by paypal or paper money order sent to us in the mail. we do not accept international credit cards or online money orders.

insurance is NOT automatically included in the item price, so if you want to insure your package, you must choose that option before finalizing your order. if insurance is not paid for by you, as a customer, DADDY ZERO is NOT responsible for the package as soon as it leaves the premises. DADDY ZERO will not reimburse or refund any funds, nor replace the item if the item is not insured by the customer.

If an order is returned to us, and it is the mistake of Daddy Zero, we will ship your order back to you at our cost. If an order is returned to us for a mistake on the clients part, the client will be responsible for paying for the return shipping back to the client. No refunds for returned merchandise will be given.

We do accept returns on new clothing and shoes only. the item must be returned to us in the condition it was received. you will be issued a store credit, minus our shipping cost to you. you must contact us within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a return.
