shipping is FREE on DADDY ZERO for orders shipped within the united states. thats it. you dont pay for shipping. no matter how little or how much you order. there is no catch. shipping to hawaii and alaska are included in the FREE shipping.
the FREE shipping constitutes first class or parcel post shipping. if you need something quicker, such as priority or overnight, we can do that. just email me for a rate quote.
sale items do not qualify for free shipping. shipping will be added to your order after it is placed. if youre concerned about the cost of shipping sale items, email me before you place the order for a rate quote.
If you live outside the united states, you pay shipping. sorry..
first class international will be applied to any package up to 4 pounds. this only perpetuates a customs declaration number which can not be used for tracking. therefore, if your order is not received, this is an issue you must take up with your local post. we are not responsible, and will not replace or refund any item lost in transition. if you prefer, you may pay for priority international shipping which costs more, but does provide a tracking number. you must add this to the notes section of your order or email me when your order is placed.
insurance is NOT automatically included in the item price, so if you want to insure your package, you must choose that option before finalizing your order. if insurance is not paid for by you, as a customer, DADDY ZERO is NOT responsible for the package as soon as it leaves the premises. DADDY ZERO will not reimburse or refund any funds, nor replace the item if the item is not insured by the customer.
If an order is returned to us, and it is the mistake of Daddy Zero, we will ship your order back to you at our cost. If an order is returned to us for a mistake on the clients part, the client will be responsible for paying for the return shipping back to the client. No refunds for returned merchandise will be given.
We do accept exchanges for size on clothing only. the item must be returned to us in the condition it was received. if the necessary size is not in stock, you will be issued a store credit, minus our shipping cost to you. you must contact us within 5 days of receipt to qualify for a return.
